Publisher's Explanation Regarding the
Initial, 1st Print Release (March 25, 2006),
the 2nd Print Release (June 28, 2006),
and the 3rd Print Release (September 08, 2007)
of the 1st Edition

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd print releases all represent the same (1st) edition of the work. The initial version of the 1st edition was released to the public on March 25, 2006. It contained limited typographical errors which warranted correction, but sufficiently and accurately represents the full and final content of the work. The fully corrected and final version of the 1st edition was released on June 28, 2006 and is marked "2nd Print Release" on the Copyright / ISBN page. The "3rd Print Release" was issued on September 08, 2007 under new ISBNs and a minor revision of the inside title/ISBN page as well as the back cover replacing the ISBN/Bar code and the former logo of the contracted printer/distributer with the ARA publisher's logo. The ISBNs were changed due to confusion over proper credit/recognition of "Asia Research Associates" as the rightful and legal "Publisher" in the public domain. All essential content and page numbering in all three print releases are identical apart from the minor revisions noted above and 10 key terms/phrases which were modifed/clarified in the process of making corrections between the 1st and 2nd print releases. The 10 modifications/clarifications made for the 2nd Print Release, which remain unchanged in the 3rd print release, are listed below:
