Publisher's Explanation Regarding the
Initial, 1st Print Release (March 25, 2006)
and the 2nd Print Release (June 28, 2006)

       Both the 1st and 2nd print releases represent the same (1st) edition of the work.  The initial version of the 1st edition was released to the public on March 25, 2006.  It contains limited typographical errors, but sufficiently and accurately represents the full and final content of the work.  The fully corrected and final version of the 1st edition was released on June 28, 2006 and is marked "2nd Print Release" on the Copyright / ISBN page.  All essential content and page numbering in both the original print release and the 2nd print release are identical apart from the corrected typographical errors and 10 key terms/phrases which were modifed/clarified in the process of making corrections.  As of June 28, 2006, the 1st print release was completely discontinued with the 2nd Print Release being made available to the public in its place.  The 10 modifications/clarifications made in the 2nd Print Release are listed below:
